To return product to Crocs Footwear, merchandise must have been purchased within the last 60 days. The product must be in its original, unworn condition unless the return is due to defects covered under the product warranty. Absolutely no returns will be accepted after 60 days from the delivery date. Crocs Footwear is not responsible for customer size or color selection. We will refund your money or replace the original product with a different size and/or color if the return conditions are met. Refunds for merchandise purchased by credit card will be made only by credit issued to the original card. Crocs is not responsible for shipping charges for non-defective returned merchandise. Shipping and insurance charges will not be refunded.
To return product for exchange or credit, the following procedures MUST be followed:
- If you need to return product, please contact Crocs Customer Service at 303-468-4260 or toll-free at 877-238-4404 or via email at customerservice@crocs.com for a return authorization number (RA #). If you purchased your product on the Internet please contact Internet Services at 303-339-7180 or via email at internetservices@crocs.com. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RA #.
- Once a RA # has been obtained, please package the product in its original shipping box or a similar safe and sturdy shipping container.
- Place a shipping label with the following Crocs WAREHOUSE shipping address and the given RA#:

- Turn around time depends on product availability and shipping distance. Please expect 4-5 weeks to receive a return shipment via ground freight.
- NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED AT OUR MAIN OFFICE ADDRESS!
